This is Dolki's first creation. The best chocolate chip cookies, made with lentils and sweetened mainly with dates. They're soft, indulgent and packed with fibre!

Dolki
Hey! My name is Heena Sagani, I'm the founder of Dolki. I've been an avid baker and a cocoa butter artist for the past 16 years. After running a home baking business for a while, and alot of trial and error, I finally created a cookie that's at the intersection of being relatively healthy without compromising on taste. If you're wondering where the name Dolki came from, my nickname used is Dolly and I made a cookie. Ship them and you have "Dolki" :) Outside of baking, I've been a jewellery designer and a painter too. Join me as I scale Dolki to your beloved independant stores, grocery stores and farmers markets!
